Welcome to LEARN TO DREAM LTD. Our service allows Whatsapp and Telegram users to access a chatbot that uses artificial intelligence through our API, in the form of a conversation in their instant messaging application. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms and conditions of use. Definitions The terms and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions of Use have the following meanings: LEARN TO DREAM LTD: the company that provides the service. Service: the LEARN TO DREAM LTD service that provides access to Chatbot via our API. User: any person who accesses the Service. Chatbot: a powerful natural language processing tool that enables the Service to provide accurate and fast responses to user requests. API: the Application Programming Interface that allows the integration of Chatbot into the Service. Whatsapp: the instant messaging application owned by Facebook Inc. Telegram: the instant messaging application owned by Telegram Messenger LLP. Subscription to the Service Subscription to the Service is open to any person with access to Whatsapp, Telegram or Siri. The subscription is made via the LEARN TO DREAM LTD website. The subscription to the Service gives access to all features according to the plan chosen by the User. The subscription to the Service is for a minimum period of one month and is automatically renewed unless terminated by the User. A trial period of 7 days is offered to all new subscribers for a fee of 1.00€. This trial period is only valid once per person. Prices The prices of the Service are indicated in euros and are subject to change without notice. The plan has a trial period of 7 days for a fee of 1.00€. Subscription: 49.90€ per month for access to the service on two applications (Whatsapp and Telegram), unlimited text messages, voice notes available, image reading and external links Cancellation: The subscriber can cancel his subscription at any time by contacting us at the following address: [email protected] Payment for the Service is made by automatic debit to the User's bank account or credit card. The user agrees to respect the terms of use of the service, not to use the chatbot for illegal or fraudulent purposes, and not to disrupt the proper functioning of the service. LEARN TO DREAM LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account in case of non-compliance with the terms of use, and to modify at any time the rates and features of the service. Termination The User can terminate the subscription to the Service at any time, but the termination will only be effective at the end of the month in which the termination is requested. The User can terminate the subscription to the Service by sending an email to the following address: [email protected] LEARN TO DREAM LTD reserves the right to terminate the subscription to the Service in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of use. Liability The User acknowledges that LEARN TO DREAM LTD cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the Service. LEARN TO DREAM LTD cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by the Service. Personal data LEARN TO DREAM LTD undertakes to protect the personal data of its Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Intellectual property All content present on the LEARN TO DREAM LTD website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of LEARN TO DREAM LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Service, except with the prior written consent of LEARN TO DREAM LTD. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is declared void, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Entire agreement These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between LEARN TO DREAM LTD and the User and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter. In the event of force majeure, LEARN TO DREAM LTD shall be entitled to terminate the subscription to the Service without liability. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Personal Data Protection LEARN TO DREAM LTD is committed to protecting the personal data of its Users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, the User consents to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with LEARN TO DREAM LTD's Privacy Policy. LEARN TO DREAM LTD shall take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the User's personal data, and shall not disclose such data to third parties without the User's express consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the provision of the Service.
